Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival

In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the product.
🔹 Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔹 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
